After Dasha Libin received her Master’s degree in Sports Science, she decided to create a system for women that is fun, effective, and time-efficient, as well as realistic for every type of female. Dasha began to combine her life-long exposure to kettlebells with her decade of training in Muay Thai, Boxing, Kickboxing and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. After creating Kettlebell Kickboxing™, Dasha spent several years developing and testing the unique system on models, celebrities, and countless real every-day women of all shapes and sizes. In the end, the results were overwhelming; women were able to see weight loss, muscle tone in both the lower and upper body with little to no change in diet and only after 3 to 4 training sessions a week.

THE SCIENCE OF THE KETTLEBELL
Moves like the class kettlebell swing allow you to achieve the same intensity as a much more complex and high-impact workout (think non-stop jumping) without breaking down the body.
Depending on the exercises, you can engage every single muscle in the body while also burning up to three times as much fat as using regular weights, getting greater results in far less time.
In a 2010 American Council of Exercise research study it was noted that “…During the 20-minute kettlebell workout, the average calorie burn was 272 calories…” the study continues by stating that subjects “ … were burning at least 20.2 calories per minute, which is off the charts. That’s equivalent to running a 6-minute mile pace.”
