Tricia is Higher Strength Fitness's Holistic Movement Specialist and Pregnancy Training Expert, and has been a Personal Trainer and Group Exercise Instructor since 2006.


  "I love working with and helping people, both in group and individual settings. I saw the health and weight issues everyone around me was dealing with, and wanted to change things.  So I got my first certification and fell in love with this profession."
